In 2016, we helped Yale New Haven Health announce that one of the country’s most renown hospitals was now one of the best health systems. The unifying message was optimism – the confidence of knowing that you’re with a system that only a select few anywhere can match.

Not one to rest on our laurels, a year later we followed up with an even more audacious brand promise: When you’re facing some of life’s most difficult health challenges, you can come back with one of the world’s great healthcare systems behind you.

Setting ingenuity to music.

Real stories of people coming back from seemingly insurmountable odds testified to that brand promise. The campaign was anchored by a music track infused with the spirit of optimism and bearing a very appropriate title – Comeback Kid.

Optimism is contagious.

Since the start of the campaign, Yale New Haven Health has experienced significant patient volume growth at all seven hospitals within the system.
