Ingenuity revives a hospital

The campaign theme “Your hospital. Revolutionizing care.” positioned DKH as a hospital that is redefining the very idea of the community hospital. That leadership message not only got the local community talking; it became a rallying cry for the internal audience as well. And with a full media blitz, including TV, radio, outdoor, digital and social media, along with some well-timed PR, the message resonated loud and clear.

In the first eight months alone, inquiries for doctor appointments were up 197%, and traffic to the DKH website increased 117%. Just as important, the campaign’s energy and positive message gave the internal audience the shot in the arm that management was hoping for.
